Wunderkammer was made for the windows of Macy's Herald Square on 34th Street in New York City as part of the 'Art Under Glass' exhibit in 2006. in an attempt to find a way to integrate a screen into an image, Wunderkammer is a cabinet of curiosity . It seemed fitting that in the information age the display of exotic discoveries would have to include a screen. Inspiration came from insects, their wings, and the lines the software generates that resemble them. After the exhibition, Wunderkammer was reworked, the large suspended wing was added and additional butterfly inlays were placed behind the original.
